Do not share subscription details in public chats, public documents, or on devices you do not control.

Think of a subscription as a route directory that is updated over time. After the client reads it, you can see available regions, route names, and route types. A nearby route is not automatically the best choice in every situation, and a route with a more premium-sounding name is not necessarily a better match. A reliable approach is to narrow the options by region, then compare IEPL, relay, and direct routes within that region.

Traffic, Connection Status, and Actual Usage

Create an Account and Place an Order

Create an account with a username you can remember long term

VPNBJ registration does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. Choose a username that will remain easy to identify rather than entering a temporary string you may not be able to reconstruct. Without an email address, account recovery depends more heavily on keeping your login details safe. Before registering, choose a username used only for this service and set a password that is not reused on other websites. Store both in a trusted password manager after setup. Do not rely solely on browser autofill, and never keep the password and subscription link together in a publicly accessible document.

The registration entry is in the user panel. Enter your username and password in order, then check the username once more for typos before submitting. Client installation and subscription import are local device operations and must be completed separately on each device you plan to use.

If the plan status has not changed after payment, keep the order information intact, reload the user panel, and check again. Do not immediately create the same order or post payment receipts publicly. If you need help, submit the issue through the panel’s support ticket area, including the selected plan, payment method, and status currently shown for the order. The user panel is the source of truth; chat records, old browser pages, and screenshots from others cannot replace the order status in your account.

Account security depends on separating credentials by layer

Treat the account password, subscription link, and local client configuration as separate items. The password controls access to the user panel, the subscription link lets the client retrieve routes, and the client configuration may contain imported subscription content. When changing devices, sign in to the panel and retrieve the subscription only on devices you control. Before selling, handing over, or discarding a device, sign out of the client and delete its local configuration. If you suspect the subscription link has been exposed, check the available update or reset options in the user panel rather than merely renaming routes in the client.

Unlimited simultaneous devices make multi-device use convenient, but account holders should still know which devices are active. Keep a personal list by purpose, such as work, personal, and shared household devices, and periodically remove unused client configurations. You do not need to submit a device list to the service; the important part is keeping your own inventory traceable. Retrieve the subscription only from your own user panel

After signing in to the user panel, confirm that the plan is active, then open the subscription or client-download area. The panel normally generates the subscription link based on the current account, so each account has different content. Use the copy control provided by the interface rather than selecting only part of the address with the mouse. When the subscription is long, the browser may show only its beginning and end; an incomplete visual preview does not mean the copied result is incomplete. You can paste it into a temporary local text area to check that the beginning and end are intact, but do not save it in a public cloud document.

This guide does not display real subscription links or provide static configuration files. All clients and subscriptions must be obtained through the user panel. The example https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN only illustrates URL structure. Importing it into a client will not provide VPNBJ routes. If another page claims to offer a public subscription for this service, return to your own user panel and retrieve the subscription again. Do not mix third-party content with your account subscription in the same configuration.

Keep a clear configuration name when importing

Clients usually let you name a subscription. Use a name that identifies its source and purpose, such as “VPNBJ Daily” or “VPNBJ Work Device,” rather than simply “Config” or “New Subscription.” The name only affects local identification; it does not change the plan, routes, or account status. When several subscriptions coexist, clear names help prevent accidental updates, deletions, or connections to an old configuration. After importing, run one update and confirm that the client can read the route list before choosing a route.

If the list is empty after import, first check that the copied content is complete, then confirm the plan status and whether the network allows the client to reach the subscription link. Do not immediately edit characters in the link manually; its identifying information usually cannot be changed arbitrarily. Do not split the link across multiple lines. Some clients remove surrounding spaces automatically, while others may treat a line break as part of the address, so copying directly from the panel is more reliable than copying after it has been forwarded.

Updating a subscription is not the same as importing it again

Updating a subscription retrieves the route directory again while preserving the current configuration. It is suitable when routes change, names are updated, or the list has not synchronized. Reimporting creates a new local configuration and may produce duplicate routes, rules, or confusing old and new entries. For routine maintenance, use Update first. Reimport only when the original configuration is damaged, the subscription link has changed, or the client’s local data has been cleared.

Before updating, note the current region and route type, then check that the same choice still exists afterward. If automatic selection is enabled, the client may switch to another route after the update. For apps that require a specific region, verify the exit region again. If the update fails, sign in to the user panel in a browser and confirm the account status; do not repeatedly click Update at high frequency. If the panel works but the client continues to fail, close and reopen the client, then check the system clock and basic network.

Where to Store Subscription Details

Manage the subscription link like an account credential. When sending it to another device you own, preferably sign in to the user panel directly on the destination device instead of using public groups, shared clipboards, or collaboration tools with long-lived history. Screenshots are not a secure transfer method either, since a QR code, complete URL, or identifying information may remain in the image. If transfer between devices is unavoidable, delete intermediate files and temporary text after importing.

Unlimited simultaneous devices does not mean that a subscription can be shared publicly. Once exposed, you cannot tell which devices are reading the configuration, and investigating unusual traffic or route use becomes harder. If the route list suddenly changes, update the subscription and confirm its source. If only one device is affected, handle its local configuration first. If several devices cannot update at the same time, check the account and plan status. This layered approach is faster than reinstalling every client at once.

Button labels and system-permission screens vary by platform, but the core process is the same: install the client, import the account subscription, update the route list, choose a route, and allow the system to establish the network connection. Configure devices one at a time initially. Working on several devices simultaneously makes it difficult to tell whether a problem comes from the account, subscription, or platform permissions.

Windows: confirm the configuration before handling the system proxy

Successful import is not defined by a “Complete” message; look for a recognizable configuration name and route list in the client. Update the subscription first, select a route in the target region, and then connect. After connecting, use a browser to check the exit IP and target website instead of relying only on the taskbar icon.

On Windows, differences often come from the system proxy state. If a browser works but a standalone app does not, first check whether that app follows the system proxy. If no apps work, then check the client connection, basic network, and system clock. Before closing the client, disconnect first so the system proxy can return to its normal state. If the network behaves oddly after sleep, disconnect and reconnect before considering subscription removal. Reimport only when the configuration cannot update or the route list remains empty.

macOS: complete network-extension authorization

Obtain the macOS client from the user panel as well. On first launch, macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or add a network configuration. After confirming that the client came from the VPNBJ user panel, complete the authorization; otherwise, the interface may show a selected route even though the system has not established a real connection. Return to the client after authorization, import and update the subscription, then choose the target region. The menu-bar status is only a quick reference; verify the result through the exit IP and target service.

If System Settings shows a network permission awaiting approval, handle the permission first and then restart the client. Reinstalling usually cannot replace authorization. If browsers work but some Apple services behave differently, the app’s own network policy may differ from the selected mode. Check by changing the client’s rule scope rather than editing unfamiliar system network items. Before uninstalling, disconnect and confirm in Network Settings that no invalid connection entry remains.

iOS: allow a new system network configuration

Use the user panel as the source for the iOS client download entry. After installation, copy the subscription from the panel and return to the client to import it. On the first connection, iOS requests permission to add a network configuration; this is a required system step for establishing the connection. After authorization, choose a route and connect, then check the exit region in a browser. If the target app has been running in the background, fully close and reopen it after connecting so it does not reuse the previous network session.

When switching between mobile and Wi-Fi networks, the existing connection may need to be re-established. If the status says “Connected” but the target app will not open, use a browser to visit an ordinary webpage and confirm that the basic network works, then update the subscription and try another route in the same region. Do not enable multiple configurations with network-control capabilities at the same time, as the system may keep only one. Before deleting the client, disconnect and confirm that the corresponding network configuration is no longer in use in system settings.

Android: check background operation and network permissions

Get the Android client from the download area in the user panel. After installation, copy and import the subscription, then update it once the route list appears. Battery management on some devices can restrict background operation, causing the connection to drop when the screen locks or you switch apps. If the browser connects normally but a specific app does not respond, fully exit the app and reopen it, then check the client’s connection mode. After switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, disconnect and reconnect manually. When clearing background apps, avoid force-stopping the client, or the connection will end as well. Linux: determine whether you need desktop proxying or a broader connection

Linux environments vary considerably, so follow the installation entry and client format provided in the user panel. After importing the subscription, determine whether the client affects the desktop proxy, the current terminal environment, or a broader network connection. If the browser works but a terminal command does not, the two environments are probably using different proxy scopes. Test within the same app environment first rather than treating a desktop browser result as proof for every command-line program.

For troubleshooting, use nslookup example.com, ping example.com, and curl https://example.com to observe DNS resolution, basic connectivity, and web requests separately. The example domain is not a VPNBJ service address. If the client requires system permissions, follow the user panel instructions and record the network settings you change. Running the same commands after disconnecting can help distinguish a basic network issue from a client-path issue. When the configuration is complex, first make a browser and one terminal scenario work, then expand to other apps.

After importing on all five platforms, you do not need to force every device to use the same route. A work computer can use a fixed route for the target service region, while a mobile device can select another route as the network changes. Unlimited simultaneous devices allow them to be used at the same time, but all devices should still share the same subscription source, use clear configuration names, and update the route list regularly. If only one website is inaccessible while others work, the issue is more likely to involve the target site, account status, or how that site identifies the current exit. If every website fails, check the client connection, system proxy, and basic network. If only one device is affected, check its permissions and local configuration first. If only one route is affected, switch to another route in the same region; there is no need to delete the entire account configuration.

Changes in perceived speed should also be classified first. If webpages are slow but file transfers are normal, the target site may be responding slowly. If video becomes stable after starting but takes time to begin, the cause may involve app caching or route establishment. If every app remains slow, compare different route types in the same region. Keep the target content, device, and basic network as consistent as possible during testing. Switching Wi-Fi and routes simultaneously makes the result impossible to reuse.
